This feature allows a simulated or LIVE PREVIEW of your ARTWORK with Augmented Reality. This means you can use the camera on your Phone or Tablet and Superimpose any piece of art onto a wall inside your home or business. To use this feature, look for the "Live Preview AR" button to the right of your selected artwork when viewing individually any piece of wall art on this website!

What is your shipping Policy?

  • Art Prints
    Will be shipped directly from the Fulfillment Center, Bay Photo.  They ship worldwide with the following carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx

    For rates, delivery times, and destinations, you can click the link to review our complete Shipping Policy.

  • ART ORIGINALS
    Shipping timeframe ranges from approximately 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on size and weight

  • What if I want my print signed or LIMITED Edition's?
    A slightly longer turnaround time, but possible. Contact us and we’ll set the site up so that you can order your print that will be shipped to us for a signature and any other request having it personalized, then we will ship it to you

  • WILL YOU CUSTOMIZE A PIECE? 
    Most customization requests can be handled quickly and easily.  If you like a piece but want it in a size or medium that isn’t currently offered on the site, Contact us with your requests or specifications and we’ll update the options on the site to accommodate your needs so you can complete your order

RETURNS FOR ART PRINTS:  I want you to be Happy with Your Artwork! 
The Augmented Reality feature is a great tool for visualizing your choice of artwork on your wall!

You have 7 calendar days from receipt to return the item, if you are still not fully satisfied with your purchase

Unfortunately, after 7 days, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn, or used with all tags and must also be in the original packaging. To start a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. A 15% third-party vendor transaction fee, frame cost (if any) and shipping fee will be deducted from the net refund amount.

RETURNS FOR ALL ITEMS (OTHER THAN WALL ART)
We will provide a no charge replacement, credit or refund for any quality issues or damaged in shipping. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original/initial payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

I AM NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • All Art Prints that are not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • All Art Prints that are returned more than 7 days after delivery                                                                                                                         
  • All Sales, Sale Items, Discounts, Custom Items, or Gift Cards
Only regular priced art prints may be refunded if requested within 7 days from delivery

Cancellations
Because all our items (except original artwork) is produced by third-party vendors, some orders go into production within the hour. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing that order and we will try our best to stop that order from production. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours.

EXCHANGES  
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want, is to return the item you have first. Once the returned item is received and accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES  
We will do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safely. However, things can sometimes happen in transit and we will deal with this on a case by case basis. Please inspect your order upon receipt and Contact us immediately if the item received is damaged, defective or the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace it immediately for you. These claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging, take clear photos of damage PRIOR to opening and email us immediately at info@kellybandalos.com for further instructions.

Un-deliverable Items  
Please check your shipping details prior to placing an order. If you need to adjust shipping information after your order has been placed, email us within 24 hours and we will do our best to notify the shipper with the correction. No changes can be made after that time, If any item is undelivered, refused, or otherwise unable to be accepted at its shipping destination and the order is returned, no additional attempts will be made and reshipping will be at customer's expense.

What payment methods are accepted? 
All major credit cards and PayPal; depending on the item. We may consider cryptocurrency for ORIGINAL WALL ART ONLY. Call us at +1-631-731-3021 before placing any order to discuss further details.


WILL THE PRINT LOOK THE SAME TO WHAT I SEE ON MY SCREEN?

Dimensions and cropping will be the same unless you choose otherwise when ordering.  Colors can vary slightly according to the paper or printed material choice, brightness, color settings and resolution of your computer monitor or device.  Every computer monitor and mobile device screen shows color slightly different than the next one.  If you have a modern screen, properly adjusted, the printed results should be quite similar, although prints are almost always slightly less colorful than what you see on a screen.  We do our best to accurately display what the print will look like, but there will be some variance between what you see and what the printed product looks like.

Will you customize a piece?

Yes. Most customization requests can be handled quickly and easily.
